Return and Refund Policy
If you don’t like a product or find it defective, you can request a return within 7 days. The product must be in its original condition and the seal must be unopened. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after verification.
Workable Field Only
Our policies only apply to products that fall into our workable category—such as beauty, health, and skin care products.
Replacement Policy
If a product is damaged or faulty, it will be replaced with an identical item, but the customer must provide proof (photo/video). The replacement process can take 5–10 working days.
Conditional Refund Policy
Refunds are only possible if the product is defective, the wrong item was delivered, or stock is unavailable. Customers must have the original packaging and invoice.
